Five Winners

Successfully concluded third edition of IGNITE Innovation and Entrepreneurship Challenge with a grand finale at KSUM Incubation Centre, GPTC Palakkad on 12 Aug 2023. The function was inaugurated by Sri. Anoop Ambika, CEO of Kerala startup mission. The keynote address was delivered by Sri Khalid, Managing Director of Good-Buy soaps followed by a talk by Dr. Prabhu Sampath, CEO of Integrated Gulf biosystems on “future is life sciences”.

A panel discussion was held with well-known entrepreneurs from Darsana community for the benefit of the aspiring entrepreneurs. The Panel comprising of Sri. Sudeesh Yezhuvath Executive Director & CO-Founder at Pelatro, Sri. Prakash Bare Co-Founder - Simelabs, Chief Coordinator – IndVentr, Managing Director - Silicon Media, Sri. Rajeev TP Founder & Managing Director, Clarion Engineering and Sri Prasad Balakrishnan Special Officer – KPPL interacted with the audience. This was very well attended.

Panel Discussion

The award distribution ceremony was inaugurated by Sri. Krishnan Kutty, Honorable Minister for Electricity, Govt. of Kerala. He emphasized the importance of engineers’ role in promoting technology for the betterment of the society. The minister handed over a memento and a cheque worth Rs. 25,000/- each to five winning teams. Mr. Prakash Bare delivered the keynote address on “Entrepreneurship opportunities in Generative AI”.
